What areas do you service?

We service the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, The Sunshine coast, Noosa and Brisbane

How much do you charge for travel?

Travel is priced at $1 per km

Do you require a deposit?

We require a 25% deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. Quotes maybe issued; however these items cannot be held for you until your deposit is paid.

Do you set up and pack down?

Yes, set up and pack down is included in all our package prices. If you are hiring items outside our packages and require us to set up and pack down for you this will incur a fee.

What if its raining on the day of our event?

A wet weather backup plan is a must. We will do our best to ensure that your day goes as smoothly as possible, but cannot risk our items getting wet or damaged by bad weather.

Is my deposit refundable?

Your 25% is non refundable as we have turned down other customers to hold the items for you

Can I arrange after hours delivery or pick up?

Our hours for deliveries and pick up are between 8.30am and 5pm. Anything outside of this will incur an additional fee

I have a remote location in mind for my ceremony/ event. Will you cater for this?

We require access to your ceremony or event location to be no further than 25 metres from available parking. There also needs to be a loading area provided for us. If you have a location in mind that is further away than this, let us know so we can discuss it. We will need plenty of notice so we can arrange more hands on deck as it's a lot of extra work. An additional fee will also be charged to cover the extra staff.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum order for wedding and event hire is $300 excluding bond and travel fees.

Do you charge a bond?

Yes, we require a bond to be paid for every order. The amount will vary depending on the value of your order. The bond is to cover any damage or breakages if they occur. If our items are returned in the same condition they were delivered, the bond will be refunded within 14 days after your event.

What is the hire period?

Our ceremony items and packages are priced for a 3 hour hire.

Our event packages and items are priced for a 1 day hire. If you require longer hire times let us know. An additional fee may be required.

Can I customise your packages?

Yes! We are happy to customise our packages to suit you. We will adjust the quote accordingly.
